What Makes Us Different
Most Investment Bankers and Real Estate Investment Advisors create debt or sell equity to raise money for venture owners that want to sell or expand.
We encourage venture owners to keep all their equity, eliminate debt and sell revenue! This simple concept attracts savvy investors that would like to buy low-risk, high-return, predictable cash-flows without exposing themselves to liabilities associated with underwriting and owning Debt or Equity.
We are an expert at creating “Production Participation Agreements” for junior or senior capital providers. These contractual agreements can be structured to provide all the financial rewards enjoyed from equity ownership in a future, oversubscribed IPO.
We have no specific procedure for raising money. Each venture, and investor, is different. We identify “business & market opportunities” associated with each venture. To Whom It May Concern: It seems as if one of the most talked about terms in business these days is “vision”. There is much discussion in the current business publications about vision statements and visionary leaders. Therefore, it is my pleasure to serve as a referral source for one of the most visionary minded people I know –Mr. Jim Ed Brown.
