Design Board International is a leading European brand and
packaging design consultancy specialised in intercultural branding,
packaging design and design delivery for fast moving markets. The
company has been providing breakthrough packaging design
innovation and brand solutions for a wide range of international
FMCG clients for over 45 years including Procter & Gamble, The
Coca-Cola Company, Bacardi-Martini, Mondelez International, Nestlé,
Unilever, Oriflame, McCain Continental Europe, Friesland Campina,
the retailer Carrefour and many others.
Design Board International is part of the DSN Group, a one-stop-shop for complete
design-to-print solutions. The DSN artwork-prepress production company is specialized
in providing packaging delivery (packaging fulfilment) services for brand owners and
retailers. Our area of expertise spans Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We operate
from seven strategic locations: Antwerp, Brussels, Cairo, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Prague,
Sofia.
YOUR ROLE Identify potential clients across Europe and develop a pertinent strategy to approach them.
Interviewing prospects or visiting together with New Business Development Team members.
You will be responsible for the whole selling cycle, from first contacts till delivering the
services, and you will gather the needed internal support within our Company to help you
succeed.
Develop networking relationships with key prospects and business partners.
Within the sales strategy consult the prospects defined, collect opportunities, make account
plans and business cases in order to sell the core services of DSN to future customers.
As a member of our New Business Development Team, you will be responsible for reaching
the yearly sales goals for the region.

YOUR PROFILE 2-5 years of new business/sales experience with a
strong track record of meeting sales objectives.
Advertising/Design agency or graphical chain
background would be considered as a strong plus.
Fluent English is a must: Bulgarian is not essential
(Russian and/or Turkish is considered as a plus).
Keen interest or experience in packaging and FMCG
industry.
Willing to work in a multicultural context and ready to
travel.
Excellent presentation skills & good communicator.
Self-driven and able to work autonomously and to
develop excellent selling proposals.
Very well developed social skills, feeling comfortable
calling or emailing clients and good at networking
