MIA is a company specialising in general contracting, shopfitting design, manufacturing and global fitting.

ISM is located in Moscow and is focussed on general contracting and fitting exclusively in Russia.

General contractingWe have developed our own process for the successful management of all construction work on site.

Initiating architectural planning through acquisition of all necessary permits, then planning and carrying out the details of construction work in a shop, with handover of a ready store to the client at the end. We have a transparent reporting system, enabling remote monitoring of this process. We measure

the progress of the work in line with our client’s budget, timeline and other targets defined in our agreement. Knowing how to work internationally, with different cultures, in a legal environment changing country by country, is one of our pivotal success factors.

Furniture productionThe main focus of our business is project management. That’s why our organisation is based on 4 strategic functions fulfilling defined organisational targets. We work according to an outsourcing model whereby our specialised subcontractors, sorted by technology, manufacture furniture components which we eventually assemble in-house into complete end products. We offer attractive prices because our production base is located in Poland. We have our own ERP system for JIT manufacturing and quality control.

We specialise in managing numerous shopfitting projects simultaneously in different markets. We organise production, transportation and fitting to any destination in the whole world. We also manufacture unusual shapes through the

application of resin technologies. Hanging systems and development of accessories, along with aluminium-profile-based solutions, are also our specialty. We are ready to meet any new challange.
