The 60 Series is a range of light weight multi-cartridge housings suitable for general liquid and gas process applications.

They are offered with a range of closure types and inlet and outlet connections. The range includes the free standing 61 Series housings and the dished end 62 Series.

The 63 Series and 64 Series housings have a centre closure to provide easier access for filter change outs and the 66 Series is designed for high flow, large diameter.

The 61 Series multi cartridge housing is available with 3, 5, 10, 15 and 19 element stacks up to 40” long. The top opening style is equipped with a Cast Vee clamp as standard for pressures up to 10 bar g. These housings are widely used where low capital cost is of prime importance. Being floor mounted and therefore free standing, these housings will suit most pre-filtration applications. Bolted closures are an option available for all models. The 61 Series  will accept either standard Double Open End or Single Open End cartridges. This includes the full range ofAmazon and industry standard cartridges ranging from 0.1 to 500µm with nominal lengths of 10, 20, 30 and 40”. 61 Series

The 62 Series Multi cartridge housing range is designed to accommodate 3, 5, 10, 15, 19, 24, 30 or 40 stacks of filter cartridges up to 40” long. The top opening style is equipped with a Cast Vee clamp as standard for pressures up to 10 bar g. Leg mounted and equipped with the more conventional dished end, these housings suit processes where there is a need to allow complete drainage of the clean chamber.

This design assists in maintaining the general cleanliness of the process system. With the ability to accept both standard Double Open End and Single Open End cartridges, this leg mounted, free standing housing will suit most applications. Bolted closures are an option available for all models.

The 62 Series will accept the full range of Amazon and industry standard cartridges ranging from 0.1 to 500µm with nominal lengths of 10, 20, 30 and 40”.

62 Series 3-15 Stack

The 62 Series Multi cartridge housing is designed to accommodate 3, 5, 10, 15, 19, 24, 30 or 40 stacks of filter cartridges up to 40” long. The top opening style is equipped with Rathmann style bolted closures as standard for pressures ranging from FV / 10 bar g. Leg mounted and equipped with the more conventional dished end, these housings suit processes where there is a need to allow complete drainage of the clean chamber.

This design assists in maintaining the general cleanliness of the process system. With the ability to accept both standard Double Open End and Single Open End cartridges, this leg mounted, free standing housing will suit most applications.  Bolted closures are an option available for all models.  The 62 Series will accept the full range of Amazon and industry standard cartridges ranging from 0.1 to 500µm with nominal lengths of 30 and 40”. 62 Series 19-40 Stack

The 63 Series Multi cartridge housing is designed to accommodate 3, 5, 7, 10 or 15 stacks of filters up to 40” long. The centre positioned, split shell opening style is equipped with a Cast Vee clamp as standard for pressures up to 10 bar g. Equipped with the inverted dished end, this free standing housing with split shell design is the ideal choice when using Single Open End plug in style cartridges.

The simple to lift off lightweight dome allows full and easy access to the cartridges for rapid change outs. With the ability to accept both standard Double Open End and Single Open End cartridges, this housing will suit most applications where finer levels of filtration are required. Bolted closures are an option available for all models. The 63 Series will accept the full range of Amazon and industry standard cartridges with nominal lengths of 20, 30 and 40”.

63 Series

The 64 Series Multi cartridge housing is designed to accomodate 3, 5, 7, 10 or 15 stacks of filters up to 40” long. The centre positioned, split shell opening style is equipped with a Cast Vee clamp as standard for pressures up to 10 bar g. Leg mounted with the split shell opening, this is the ideal choice when using Single Open End plug in style cartridges. The simple to lift off lightweight dome allows full and easy access to the cartridges for rapid change outs.

With the free draining clean chamber, the 64 Series housings suit processes where cleanliness and ease of operation are essential. Accepting both standard Double Open End and Single Open End cartridges, this leg mounted, free standing housing will suit most applications. Bolted closures are an option available for all models.  The 64 Series will accept the full range of Amazon and industry standard cartridges with nominal lengths of 20, 30 and 40”.

64 Series

The 65 Series housing range is designed to accommodate 3, 5 or 10, stacks of filter cartridges up to 40” long. These top opening style housings are secured with screw clamps as standard and suitable for pressures up to 16 bar g in liquids and between 1.5 and 16 bar g in gases .

They are also suitable for full vacuum operation and processes between –10 and 150°C. 

The housings are leg mounted and equipped with the more conventional dished end, therefore suit processes where there is a need to allow complete drainage of the clean chamber. This design assists in maintaining the general cleanliness of the process system. With the ability to accept both standard Double Open End and Single Open End cartridges, they will suit most applications.

The 65 Series will accept the full range of Amazon and industry standard cartridges ranging from 0.1 to 500µm with nominal lengths of 10, 20, 30 and 40”.

65 Series

The 66 Series FFC housing is a version of Amazon’s successful 66 Series range and specifically designed for use with the large bore SupaPleat FFC  cartridge. This provides a filtration system that offers maximum efficiency, high flow rates and long life. The high quality electropolished 316L stainless steel housing is easy to use and is suited to many filtration processes across a range of industries.  They are available in a selection of sizes and with a choice of connections and closure types, therefore the optimum housing can be provided for each application.The 66 Series FFC housing is available to be used with 20”, 40” or 60” cartridges. The cartridge is normally operated in ‘out to in’ mode. Housings can be installed in either the vertical or horizontal position and can be supplied with fixed or adjustable legs. This ensures that the housing can normally be used even where space or changes to inlet and outlet pipework are limited.

66 FFC Series Single

The 66 FFC Series housing range is specifically designed for use with large diameter SupaPleat FFC cartridges to provide a liquid filtration system that offers maximum efficiency, high flow rates and long life. This range of multi-cartridge housings can accommodate 3, 4, 5 and 7 filter cartridges in either 40” or 60” lengths. The cartridges are normally operated in ‘out to in’ mode. The housings are designed to be used in a horizontal orientation and have a hinged and bolted closure to enable easy opening and closing. These housings are particularly suited to large scale high flow applications. The use of high surface area large diameter cartridges, instead of standard diameter cartridges, can greatly reduce the time required for filter change-out. These high quality 316L stainless steel housings come fitted with a built-in stand and are available with a choice of connection types and sizes. To provide maximum convenience and safety, vent and drain ports are provided both upstream and downstream and the housing is fitted with lifting lugs. The housings are finished with a high quality external bead blast.  The 66 FFC Series housings can accommodate filters manufactured with either polypropylene of glass microfibre media and with removal ratings of 0.5 – 90µm. Therefore they are suitable for a wide range of applications including water treatment and the production of beverages, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

66 HFC Series Single

The 66 Series mulit-cartridge housing range is designed to be used with SupaPleat HFC cartridges.

They can accommodate either 3,4,5 or 7 cartridges in either 40” or 60” lengths. Typically they will be used in a horizontal orientation and we have designed to be cost competitive and with a new hinged and bolted closure to enable easy opening and closing.

These housings are particularly suited to large scale high flow applications where the use of large surface area wide diameter cartridges instead of standard diameter cartridges can greatly reduce the time required for filter change-out.
