Mobile  App  for  Employee  Referral  

Use  Case  

This  app  was  intended  to  be  used  by  employees  for  referring  friends  to  internal  jobs.  -­‐  Android  -­‐  Stay  signed-­‐on  -­‐  Refer  any@me,  anywhere      

Sign  Up  

•  The  user  can  only  signup  if  he  or  she  belongs  to  a  company  registered  (this  is  figured  out  from  the  domain  name  entered  while  signing  up)  

•  Informa@on  on  Signup  –  Email  Address,  Name,  Division  (only  if  configured  for  Signup  by  the  company)  

Browse  All  Company  Jobs    •  Lis@ng  of  Jobs  –  Title,  Loca@on,  

Referral  Amount,  Date  of  Pos@ng  •  Call  to  Ac@on  –  Refer  •  Clicking  on  Refer  leads  to  a  page  where  

the  user  enters  the  informa@on  about  the  candidate  being  referred  

Referral  Page  •  Enter  informa@on  on  the  referred  candidate  

and  submit  •  The  user  can  track  referrals  through  the  “My  

Referrals”  tab  

My  Referrals  

•  Jobs  the  user  has  referred  candidates  to  

•  How  many  candidates  has  the  user  referred  to  a  job  (Job  Title,  Job  Loca@on)  

•  Referral  Amount  •  Clicking  on  a  job,  opens  the  detailed  

referral  informa@on  

Referral  Details  

•  Candidates  referred  (Candidate  name,  Referral  status  (this  is  updated  by  the  recruiter),  Date  of  Referral),  

•  Job  Details  –  Job  Title,  Referral  Amount,  Job  Loca@on
