THE EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM APPLIES TO OPEN EXTERNAL POSITIONS AT MARQUIS COMPANIES.

Note: The referral must be for a full-time, permanent position (30 or more hours a week). Internships are not eligible for this program.

All full-time and part-time employees of Marquis Companies and/or Consonus are eligible to participate with the exception of administrators and recruiters.

An eligible referral must meet the following qualifications:

ð The candidate must be referred after March 22nd, 2017.

ðThe candidate cannot be a current Marquis Companies or Consonus employee.

The referrer must be an employee of Marquis Companies or Consonus at the time of the referral as well as at the time of the bonus payout date.

The referrer must submit an “Employee Referral Form” with the candidate’s information PRIOR to the hire date of the candidate to receive the bonus payout.

Half of the bonus will be paid upon the hire date of the new employee and the remaining half will be paid after the new employee has been in their position as a full-time Nurse-LPN/LVN or RN, a full-time CNA or CMA, a full-time Caregiver, a full-time Cook or full-time Dietary Aide for 90 calendar days and 180 calendar days for a RCM or DNS new employee. The new employee must be in good standing with a good review at the time of the payout. The referrer must be employed with Marquis or Consonus at the time of the first and final payments.

When duplicate referrals are submitted for the same open position, the first referral will receive the bonus award if the eligible referral is hired. When duplicate eligible referrals are submitted for different openings, the individual who submitted the eligible referral for the position that the candidate was hired for will receive the bonus.

Marquis or Consonus reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time.
