in April 2010 by Elizabeth Broderick, the

Sex Discrimination Commissioner

The group comprises of 21 CEOs, department

heads and non-executive directors from across

business and federal government

The goal of the group is to make a significant and

sustainable change to the low levels of women in

leadership in Australia

Over the last two years they have shared ideas

with each other and focused on taking action

within their own businesses

They have devised a 12 point plan to effect

gender diversity change.
