Extrusion
To meet the time and cost demands of today's economy, we offer thermoplastic extrusion which lessens our dependency on outside sources.
In addition to the major benefits of time, quality control and the ability to color match materials on the work we produce, in-house extrusion enables us to also supply clients with sheets, strips, rolls, and coils of polyolefin's up to 38" wide, and Nylons and Acetyls up to 20" wide.

Complex dies that normally take months to design, grind and put together, these can be created in less than a week with our Wire EDM
This in-house technology along with our conventional machine shop places us in a position to produce high quality dies, insuring you a top quality finished product.

With 80 years of producing everything from simple flat washers to the most complex and intricate shapes -- with very critical tolerance requirements -- we have established a reputation for the highest quality products.

We strive to constantly review and upgrade all of our systems to the highest standards of quality control. New Process Fibre achieved ISO registration in April 2002. This registration supports our dedication to quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
