The system of treatment of Organic Waste

MUST SATISFY FOLLOWING BASIC REQUIREMENTS.

•Stop dangerous Green House Gases.

•It must prevent leachates formation.

•It must be sustainable

1. The capital cost & operating cost should be minimal. It must consume least possible electricity as electricity generation itself is a source of Green House Gases.

2. It must be odorless, silent & hygienic with a small foot print.

3. Ideally, the system should be suitable for mixture of organic and inorganic waste such as plastics, metals etc as in Indian conditions 100% segregation has not been possible.

4. The output should be usable and appear good.

It is Continuous & Controlled Process

It is noiseless, odorless and consumes negligible electricity and space.

It is closed from all sides to avoid rats, ants and other bugs.

Operation Of The Machine is very simple, just open the door and deposit food waste along with 20% Saw Dust & 0.1% composting culture. Saw Dust can be replaced by output compost or dry leaves.

Fresh and clean compost comes out in the bag or tray. Just replace the bag when it is full.

Operations & Maintenance

1.Setting up biological process takes 2 to 3 weeks. This is done by us.

2. Material inside the machine & Output Material Should be moist and not wet. If wet, increase saw dust input. You may recharge dry output compost instead of saw dust.

3.Avoid clogging of outlet.

4. The main gear box is filled with grease which needs replacement after 5 years. Do visual inspection every 2 to 3 weeks.

5.There are 2 motors in the machine. Both can be repaired easily by a trained electrician.
