Complex material flows and procedures are moulded into one solution. The central core contains the “production knowledge” and is surrounded by a mulit-functional space for storage and production.

The shape of the outer parameter is controlled by optimal ac-cess points and turning circles. A route brings visitors along interesting learning zones, gardens and meeting area`s into the core of the building.

The total ground floor is occupied by production & warehouse. Offices and canteen are on upper floors, creating a sharp,horizontal hygienic separation within one building.

The rooftop, designed as a secluded garden, will give visual and recreational quality to the location. Skylights bring light into the production and allow visitors to cath a glimpse of the production process.

The building is readable as a minimal, fi xed structure, which is then fi lled up with sectional doors, ventilation louvres, cladding materials... . This makes future reorganisations more fl exible.

the head of the building, facing south, is cladded with perforated aluminium sheets, fi ltering the sun towards the offi ces behind the wall and at the same time feature a billboard towards the street.

This building shows clearly its solid structure, evocing an impres-sion of strength.

A greenfield project for a paint producing factory. blocks, painted in colours derived from the company logo, are combined with windows and gates, creating a pixelated facade.

The independent office building is insulated and blends into the total site. the necessary fire fighting water pond becomes a water element in the garden.
