• First we will install this software to make sure we have an overview of employee time in and time out.

Collects Time in/ out

Process

• The employee will swipe their personal ID card at the beginning of their shift and no later than 7 minutes past their scheduled shift.

Calculates Net Pay

Output

• The time clock will gather the times each employee clocks in and out and as result will determine how much they make.

Personnel RequirementsThe wellness center will have two 8 hour shifts including meal breaksThe morning shift: 6am – 2pm The evening shift: 2pm – 10pm

For each shift we will need to hire 4 persons for the front desk and 2for the child care center.

The center will need 2 persons for maintenance

Training RequirementsEmployees hired for the child care center will need to havecertification as well as on the job training for 2 weeks

All other employees are required to attend the 2 week classroom sessionprior to first date of work and a week of on the job training.
