With this in mind I have decided to form a company called SB Baby-Sitting and Maid Services to provide a solution to a very common problem faced by many busy parents; the problem of finding reliable, trustworthy persons to provide child care and house cleaning services.

The idea of creating this company is to operate as the intermediate between service providers and service solicitors. The company structure is simple; start small with the minimum base requirements, including funding and depending on growth expand to accommodate any extra work.
