CAREER CONVERSION REQUIREMENTS

Obtain your Property/Casualty and Life licenses.

Complete the Reserve training program.

Produce a minimum of 40 P/C and a minimum of 8 life policies.

Receive full commissions on all policies.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SUBSIDY

Months 1-12: $2,500 per month = $30,000

Months 13-24: $38,000 available, performance-based

Total package: Potential $68,000 subsidy + commissions!
