- Sharpening Staff Talks issues based on the current international

situations

- Exchanging Liaison Officers at HQs

- Exchanging Students for several ranks of soldiers

- Improving English proficiency of JGSDF officers and soldiers

Cooperation

- Making a framework for disaster relief operations in the Asia-Pacific

region (ex. APAN: Asia Pacific Area Network hosted by USPACOM)

- Expanding multilateral conferences and seminars (PACC/PAMS)

- Prioritizing bilateral staff talks with other countries

- Expanding multilateral exercises, especially for DRO

Important for us to enhance interoperability through every opportunity and to promote strengthening bilateral cooperation among services based on the bilateral operations
