- There are roof vents and no soffet vents. To work properly both are needed, for this application gable vents may be needed.

- Gutters are not pitched and there is evidence that they are not sufficient on the south side.

- There are areas of the siding near the electric service cable that the siding is loose and not sealed, which can allow water intrusions.

- The electric service cable leading to the garage is not suited for underground installation and should be ran in conduit.

- Several windows along the North and south side don’t appear to be flashed and caulked properly and moisture is pesent on the wall.

- The living room window is leaking and is rotting the rim joist.

- Window in master bedroom has lost its seal and is no longer as energy efficient.

- There is no access to the attic, therefore it is excluded from the inspection.
