Our Top 3 Common Findings..1. I want to have more people ‘walk-ins’ to the store. Or, how to convert people from FB or other social media channels to go to the store.
2. I spend a lot on media, newsletter, Facebook page, BUT the customer hardly see the product update, promotions that I sent. They always forgot.
3. I want to let customer who visit the store have an activity, and share the moment on the company’s social media (Photos, Comment, Like, Tweet, ...)
