As show in the demonstration below, supervisors will use the space given to provide comments on each performance factor. Comments for each factor are required and the system will not allow supervisors to submit these fields are empty.

Supervisors can request feedback from the senior administrator or ask for assistance from OHR at any point when completing an appraisal form.
