►Only order stock for uniforms, weapons and sparring gears. You sell this year round.
►If you have a budget, keep your orders small.
►Try and target how many students need sparring package and how many need weapons packages

►Make new student gift baskets and have them wrapped and ready to go.
►Order samples of everything you are not going to stock: Swords, Apparel, Bags, equipment, novelties etc.
►Target and special groups in your school like fitness students and offer products

Holiday Sale Upgrades ►Target 20-40 students who are eligible for
upgrades ie; Master Club, Black Belt Club, Fight Club, Demo Team, Tricks, Amerikick Extreme, kickboxing.
► Each upgrade must have sound reason!
►Contact them two weeks prior to the sale about how they qualify for upgrade and specials will be available if they are interested.

►For all the students interested in upgrades, give them customized program options. Include PIF, monthly, family discounts etc.
►Package your sale programs accordingly with discounts.

►Students to Target: New Yellow belts, students getting ready to spar, student moving to advance class, student who are interested in tournament training, students nearing black belt test.

►Decorate your school one to two weeks before the sale. Spend a little money and make your school nice and festive.

►Don’t oversell your PIF. Set a limit. Example; only 10 Master Club PIF will be available.
►Have discount cards to give out to customers. Good for a future purchase.
►Have new student packages ready $19.95 and $99.00 make two great price points

►Get rid of old inventory
►Place your orders right away after the sale
►Avoid non Amerikick branded items
►Launch new program; yoga, mma etc.

and place orders. On the tables have catalogs, wish lists, pens, snacks, flyers of program discounts. Etc.
► Have an area for kids to play but not see what the parents are doing.
► Have a gift wrapping/gift bag station available. Volunteer moms.

that day only specials and list discounts.

► Don’t run large programs on credit card machine. Use check or cash. Example: 3 year BBC for $3999.
