United We Stand is a Sogno Philly event that supports of our military. We expect to attract over10,000 people and will be viewed to over 1 million people, through our marketing campaign,with CBS radio and social media. Our military personnel and their families endure immensesacrifice in the fight for our freedom. We ask that you help us support our soldiers, and theirfamilies, who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The sponsors will attract new clients fromthis public event, and receive brand recognition in connection with our nation's military. Thisevent is going to be bigger and better than any other event in the area because of the following:

Event Purpose

United We Stand began because Sogno Philly wanted to support our nation's militaryfamilies. In the wake of either disability or death of military family members, we decided the bestway to solve this problem is to support two non-profit organizations. These organizations are The Special Operations Warrior Foundation, as well as partnering with The USO tocelebrate their 75th anniversary. This event will help disabled veterans and financially support children of fallen military personnel to attend college. Each non-profit, that United We Standhas chosen, will benefit military personnel and their families in their own unique way.

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

This Sogno, llc/ United We Stand Sponsorship Contract (the “Contract") states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual

agreement between PSE&G having its principal place of business at ______________________________________________ the

“Sponsor"), and Sogno, LLC./ United We Stand (the "Host") who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. WHEREAS, the Host is conducting United We

Stand, military public event, on July, 2016 (the “Event"); and

WHEREAS, the Sponsor agrees to sponsor the Event according to the terms and conditions herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties hereto, the Company and the Sponsor

(individually, each a “Party" and collectively, the “Parties") covenant and agree as follows:

Contribution

The total contribution provided by the Sponsor is $ 75,000.00 to be paid in full by 03/30/2016

Term/Termination

This Contract will terminate automatically upon completion of the end of the event.

Changes/Cancellations

Any changes made to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by all parties. If the Event is canceled, refunds are refundable

minus any security deposits].

Event Cancellation by UWE

Sogno, L.L.C, D.B.A United We Stand (UWS) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the

event non-viable. If UWS cancels an event, sponsors will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event,

UWS has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Corporate Sponsor

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 90 business days before the event.

Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less any advertising and deposits, which where made in good

faith prior to the 30 day cancellation deadline.Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available

for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the sponsor’s authorized representative. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction

number. Refunds will be issued by check back to the Sponsor within 30 days. These above policies apply to UWE Events unless otherwise noted in the

corresponding event materials.
