change along his pay rate. It is

important that this matter should

be updated in the payroll. The

employee’s current status should

now be the basis of his salary

since he/she’s already promoted. A promoted employee is expected

to have an increase in his salary according to the protocol of a

certain company.

The number of employees in a certain

company should be well-recorded and

monitored. This matter is mostly used to

manipulate the salary or the company’s

financial affair for the own sake of those

payroll frauds.

When there is a newly hired employee, the management should all

be aware. The new employee should be properly included in the

payroll of the company with his/her accurate records.

that means, the employee should also be removed in the payroll

since he or she is no longer part of the company.

When a business grows, it means

there would be a need for greater

workforce and more budget for all the

company’s business process and any

venture. Whenever a business

expands it also affect the payroll. The

tax that they are ought to pay may

increase due to the massive assets

they have.
