Workmates Maintenance and Services is a specialist division of Workmates (Building Trades) Ltd, supplying recruitment to the public and private maintenance sectors and the support services sector.

The Maintenance and Services division has evolved from the solid foundations built by Workmates since 1986, developing the business in to three key areas of supply:

As well as working across the private, domestic and commercial maintenance fields, our expertise within the Maintenance and Services division has enabled us to secure significant contracts with both the MOD and the government’s Decent Homes programme. We also work extensively within the public sector as well as specialist supply to major boiler manufacturers, plumbing and heating companies, supplying them with fully-vetted and reference checked domestic, commercial and industrial gas engineers.
Our consultants have an unrivalled knowledge of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and void works within the social housing industry. Understanding, in detail, the skills that our clients require has enabled us to establish a strong and experienced candidate database of skilled and qualified operatives. We work closely with our clients and develop a real understanding of their unique needs.
