Latitude 26 offers a selection of commercial grade applications catering to the yachting vertical markets. Our solutions run on the Joomla 1.5 platform.

The Yacht Charter Reservation solution was designed and developed to answer the needs of private yacht owners managing a single yacht as well as charter companies managing a fleet . Our solution allows them to manage on a daily basis reservations and an availability calendar for each yacht.

A set of very detailed maintenance

screens allows to give a very good presentation of the yacht to be chartered avoiding most of the questions by users.

The image gallery allows to easily group images in different “albums”: inside, outside, previous cruises, activities... The flash uploader allows to upload and resize images in bulk. Then, you can reoder the images if needed, change the album category, define the default image.

Manage aVailability requests The main challenge when receiving availability requests or reservation is to be able to manage them efficiently and rapidly. Our reservation maintenance screens allows local or remote reservation agents to review a request , establish a quote, send a quote or confirm a reservation. As well really

priNt oN deMaNd pdF brochures Our solutions allow a user to request online a brochure for a particular listing. The brochure will be generated on-the-fly by the server based on a template, and immediately emailed to the user. The contacts of the user are saved in the lead generation module. You can then see at anytime who requested information and you can follow-up.

oNliNe MagaziNe layout StyleS Our solutions use a theme based system. It allows to create every month a new issue of your site like you would do for a magazine and a newsletter. The simple interface allows you to select the yachts to be placed on the home page, add content like events or shows you will be attending.

Two levels are available in the display : Summary yacht information and detailed yacht information. The detaile dyacht information page will give a great level of details about the yacht specifications, amenities, activities, prices, image gallery...

aVailability request the availability request form allows users to

request and confirm an availability for a specific

yacht as well as entering options: diving, provisioning, airport pickup...

This request is saved in the requests table. A notification is sent to the reservation agent in charge of this yacht.

quote ManageMent The reservation agent can review the request through the administration screens. Then very quickly, the agent can build a quote based on the options chosen by the client and send it. The client gets notified of the quote. he can review it In The email or go online to review the quote information in his account.

reserVation Process The reservation process includes several pre-defined steps in order to confirm a reservation. It is very useful when a large number of reservation agents access the system. The process will insure that all reservations are

The reservation agent or manager is able to manage the standard rates, create special offers from the administration area. When an availability request is received, the agent can see on the same screen the yacht planning as well as looking at other yachts

managed in a standardized manner. A total of 7 steps are available in the reservation cycle: Quote sent, Quote accepted by the client, Date confirmed, Contract sent , Signed Contract received from Client, Deposit Received, Calendar Blocked.

oNliNe reservatioN eNgiNe The Yacht Charter Reservation solutions allows to bring more interactivity between the user and the fleet presented in the site. During the setup phase, each fleet manager can define standard charter rates, special offers, option prices (provisioning, fuel, diving, other activities) providing a very clear and transparent reservation process to an online user.

Managers can update rates, create special offers, maintain the documents library: contracts, provisioning forms... They would access the maintenance screens from the front end administration. Based on their permission levels, they would be able to access authorized menus.

reMote reserVation agents Remote reservation agents can as well at anytime login in the front end

administration and manage their requests. It allows sites to have indepedendent reservation agents accessing part of the system to manage the yachts they are allowed.

Manage reserVations All the reservations follow the same online process, where reservation agents need to obtain a quote confirmation, receive a signed contract, receive a deposit in order to confirm a reservation. As well a library of PDF documents can be maintained in order to give access to agents and clients to standard documents which need to be signed. Documents can organized by type, contract, insurance, services... It allows managers to update from time to time the documents if needed and have all agents or clients access the latest stored versions.

At the same time, a yacht is booked, the planning of the crew personnel is as well updated to show crew availabilities. Each crew member has a complete profile and resume. Contact details allow the yacht charter company to contact them if needed. As well each crew personnel can maintain his resume with experience, miles logged, qualifications, certifications...

yacht Maintenance ManageMent This new version introduces as well basic yacht maintenance planning calendar and tasks to be completed. Future versions will bring more functionalities in terms of a full yacht maintenance application as well as checklists for new yachts entering or leaving the fleet

charter bases staff ManageMent Charter bases staff have as well a complete profile. It allows charter agencies to know the persons in each base with contact details, qualifications... Part of the information is shown on the charter bases directory. Most of the information however, is accessible only by the charter agencies and reservation agents.

This module generates html code specific to posting to craigslist. You can simply cut and paste. The code for a flash widget allows to place your listings on any site and it will call and present your listings on the page.

listings & leaDs ManageMent features (Partial list)Listings Management Allows to manage all listings through a web browser. Main-

tenance screens include several filtering modes and search function to locate easily a listing. Listings status follow the life cycle: inactive, published, sold, archived.

Requests Management All online requests are recorded in the availability requests table. As well an email notification is sent to the staff per-son responsible for handling the online requests in the company: agent, manager, assistant... Management dash-board is available to track the number of requests received and the average time to answer. Quality of services indica-tors track the response time.

Images Management Users can upload images in bulk through a flash uploader. Then , they can add a title to each image if they want to. Reorder the images and define the default image appearing in the result lists as a thumbnail.

Private Messaging A private messaging module allows to communicate in-side the application. ie brokers can communicate between themselves. Registered leads can communicate with bro-kers and management. This private messaging module al-lows to avoid the problem frequently encountered where a recipient does not receive an email because it was blocked by spam filters on the ISP server.

linked to virtuemart products. The start of the purchase process is made in our component through a wizard. The user can review the packages and select one. Then, the information for the package is sent transparently to the virtuemart shopping in order to finalize the checkout and process the payment online.

Order Management The financial part of the order management is done in Virtuemart . However our component retrieves some in-formation in order to know the package purchased by the user. Then, our component manages the publishing dates and the features of the pacage purchased. (number of im-ages...)

Publishing Approval The site administrator can review the ads posted in order to make sure they respect the site policies. If they are in compliance, he approve the listings and they become live.
