• Assess/I.D. personal deficiencies

• I.D. who has skills currently lacking

• Build relationships; frequently interact and gain info to close skills gap

• They engage in “deliberate practice”

• Practice beyond minimums

• Analyze what works and what doesn’t

• Focus on eliminating mistakes, then repeat
