POSITION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE We are looking for young, dynamic, confident and results oriented business development executives who wear positive attitude on their sleeves and are passionate about selling. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, should be presentable, and should have good negotiation and convincing skills. The role would be mainly to promote GenieOnCall’s Concierge services to corporate and other services. 1) Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline

2) Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms by calling and visiting the customers

3) Use your existing contacts to reach out to the corporates for promotion of Concierge services. 4) Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure

total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship 5) Support Business Development activities in client relationship management, farming activity

in the accounts across all markets. 6) Prepare value proposition for Company services to the client based on the client situation, its

business requirements and proposed solution 7) Develop collaterals, presentations and case studies for company services 8) Formulate response to various client opportunities, RFP, RFQ and RFI 9) Build and implement strategies to create right noise and position company’s all the services

in their respective niche markets 10) Working with CEO to create and implement unique marketing strategies 11) Ownership of entire marketing collaterals, marketing documents, case studies, campaigns,

contact discovery and market research 12) Understand the market needs & formulate effective strategies in association with the strategic

partners EXPERIENCE – 0 to 3 Years QUALIFICATION – MBA in Marketing JOB LOCATION – B – 67, Sector 65, Noida (Near Alstom Office, Opposite Sector – 62, Noida) JOINING DATE – Immediately TIMING – 09:00 TO 17:30 SALARY – 2.4 Lacs per annum + really handsome incentives that can take your salary to more than 3.5 Lacs per annum
