Byron Bissessar Master Gunnery Sergeant, US Marine Corps, (Ret) Byron Bissessar retired in 2011 after completing 30 years of active duty service, which included several Combat tours, with his final three years as the 1st Communication Chief for the USMC, where he was the Senior Enlisted, and Technical Advisor to the Director of Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4), Chief Informations Officer (CIO), and Deputy CIO MARFORCyBER for the United States Marine Corps. He is employed with NT Concepts as a Program Manager, responsible for several projects within the Department of Defense

Jane Maliszewski, Colonel, US Army, (Ret) Jane Maliszewski is President/CEO of ISKA, a woman-owned, service disabled veteran-owned small business (www.iskallc.com). ISKA designs “Information Strategies for the Knowledge Age” -- applying knowledge management, strategic planning, and business process improvement to unleash the power of an organization’s knowledge to improve productivity, accelerate change, and increase innovation.

Jane retired as a Colonel from the U.S. Army in 2006, serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO)/G-6 of the U.S. Army’s Training and Doctrine Command prior to leaving military service. Her undergraduate degree is in History and American Studies and has earned Masters degrees in Business Administration and Strategic Studies, is certified as a CIO through the Information Resources Management College and is a graduate of the KM Institute’s Certified Knowledge Manager program.

Thomas RiddleMr. Tom Riddle led a division of 35 senior joint specialty officers, civilians, non-commissioned officers and contractors within the Deputy Directorate for Command, Control & Nuclear Operations. Developed and managed the National Military Command System (NMCS) and Command & Control (C2) capabilities. Facilitated synchronization and collection of operational requirements for worldwide C2 information systems in support of the NMCS. Managed Global/Joint C2 processes, procedures, and information systems for the Global Command and Control System - Joint (GCCS-J). Directed NMCS operational sites, systems, and procedures. Joint Staff lead for procedures, policy and execution of Joint Staff Continuity of Operations & Continuity of Government functions. Led the configuration control and security programs for the National Military Command Center (NMCC) - Pentagon, and the Alternate NMCC (Raven Rock Mountain Complex).

Michael Snodgrass, Major General, US Air Force, (Ret) Michael Snodgrass is Director FAA and Air Force Programs at Engility Corporation. US Air Force Major General Michael A. Snodgrass, (Ret.) began his career at the US Air Force Academy, graduating in 1978, and flew the F4, F-15 & F-16 as a Squadron, Group & Wing Commander. His staff assignments included two joint tours and three Air Staff assignments.

Most recently he was Senior Associate at Burdeshaw and Associates, Ltd., as well as President of his own consulting firm, SG Strategic Solutions, LLC. In these positions he provided leadership, international relations and technical consulting services for industry and advice on USAF and foreign military business development/contracting. As Assistant Deputy UnderSecretary, International Affairs, Headquarters USAF, Major Gen. Snodgrass was responsible for formulating and executing USAF policies and strategies for building international partnerships in collaboration with the Departments of Defense, State and partner senior air force leadership. From 2007-2010, Gen. Snodgrass was Chief of Staff for the newly-formed US Africa Command.
