- started at JCB Telescopic Handlers in Rocester HQ, United Kingdom

As a JCB Dealer Works Manager won the JCB Parts & Service Operation of the year award.
Early Career
Later I started the sales & marketing of the JCB Mini Excavator.
The new business was profitable from the first year and...

after just four years we were UK market leaders
and had won a Queen's Award for Export!

I started JCBs China business, from my bedroom in Hong Kong!
Now they have a huge factory in Pudong.

I moved to Finning CAT and did the World's largest ever deal for used machines,
to Forke Bros. Auctioneers, later bought by the giant Ritchie Bros.

I was an interim GM of a Swedish China JV house factory in Dalian,
then interim sales manager with Daewoo UK during their huge bankruptcy....
