Part-Time Consumer Relations Associate YouSwoop needs your help! Our current Consumer Relations Manager, aka Swooperwoman, has been doing an amazing job handling Swooper-Relations on her own but now needs a protégé to assist with her expanding workload. Our fun, energetic team is looking for someone who can work part-time, 15-20 hours a week, including weekends. Below is a brief outline of exactly what this person would do, along with general requirements. Please submit a resume to [email protected] This is an hourly paid position and perfect for anyone looking for internship experience or just a little extra cash. Your Tasks: - Train completely on all aspects of YouSwoop customer service (answering phones, answering emails, processing credits/refunds) - Respond to all incoming emails Saturday-Sunday (all emails must be responded to within 24 hours) - Answer all incoming phone calls (phone would be forwarded all day) You’d be a good fit if… - You are in college and are looking to earn college credit and some extra cash - You are well-versed, know grammar, and are extremely detailed oriented (like you might be borderline OCD) - You are fun to work with. You maintain composure under pressure, know how to multitask and keep your good sense of humor under serious pressure - Like any good silver, you are fully polished and your communication skills exude confidence, relevance, and intelligence. - Your problem-solving abilities would blow away McGyver. - You are patient. - You know the perfect balance when it comes to holding your ground yet providing top of the line customer service. - You are already a Swooper or other daily deal buyer because you get how awesome it is to explore and enjoy your surroundings.
