Sales

This suits sales-minded individuals with a higher risk, higher reward mentality.

You will be responsible for targeting and winning new business opportunities across Europe.

Client Engagement

This suits individuals who like to build and maintain relationships, delivering beyond expectations.

You will be responsible for client management and engagement to a senior level. Customer service and satisfaction is paramount to the success of our business.

Project Management

This suits individuals who thrive being the exclusive recruiter and account manager for top clients, delivering on multiple roles.

You will be responsible for project management, including recruitment days, delivery plans, and integrating with clients’ internal processes.

Your success is measured by achieving sales and delivery goals (not micro-managed targets).

Salary and benefits

We believe in rewarding people properly for their hard work. When you join us you can expect:

Basic Salary £20,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Bonus 10% - 30% commission (paid monthly, with no top limit)

Incentives World travel, exclusive lunches, annual sales trips, and regular company competitions
