Our client is one of the largest solar PV manufacturers in the world, delivering industry leading high efficiency solar cells, solar modules, solar power systems and off-grid solar power application solutions. With manufacturing facilities in Canada and China, our client has a total module production capacity of 3GW and delivered over 6GW of solar modules in the past 12 years. From far and wide, the company stands for quality, reliability and value. The Technical Sales Engineer role requires an energetic and engaging person with at least 2 years of sales support and claims management experience within the photovoltaic and solar industry as well as a strong background in technical customer support and strong organizational skills. You will support the sales team with the negotiation and drafting of technical annexes on sales contracts and with sales activities and the design of technical marketing materials. The role also requires developing and providing technical trainings and in order to ensure the highest customer satisfaction at all times analyzing and responding to customer inquiries on technical sales topics. Other key responsibilities may include handling and resolving customer complaints, analyzing customer needs and offers and implementing adapted solutions while simultaneously creating trusted professional relationships with each customer and maintaining a pipeline for future sales opportunities. Ideally, you should have a proactive and solution oriented approach and you should be able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. Excellent teamwork, communication and intercultural skills are also highly desirable in order to be successful in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable as well as the ability to work on a flexible schedule and the willingness to travel are strongly required. You should also be fluent in English and German (written and oral). However, additional languages are highly desirable and will be a significant benefit.

SALES MANAGER EMEA
The Sales Manager role requires an energetic and engaging person with at least 2 years sales experience and experience with the sales of PV modules as well as a strong ability to sell the company’s products in order to achieve the sales targets. You will manage and develop key accounts in line with the business strategy and marketing plan by locating account’s decision makers and building stable sales relationships. Furthermore you will be responsible for the coordination of the internal departments to solve all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account and the negotiation of price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customers as well as closing of deals and coordination of contracting while simultaneously ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times.
If you have a proactive attitude as well as a high initiative to take on challenges and excellent analytical and problem-‐solving skills this might be the perfect job for you. Excellent teamwork,
communication and intercultural skills are also highly desirable in order to be successful in this role.
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or comparable as well as the willingness to travel and the fluency in English and German are required. Additional languages are highly desirable and will be a significant benefit.
