Problem statement: Kotak Mahindra bank wanted to build a mobile payment system. The user research project was taken up in 3 cities to understand the user’s pain points, their joys, their desires and mental models and identify the opportunities to build a product with value proposition in the payments ecosystem.

Problem statement: Mahindra Comviva wanted to completely revamp one of their key products a PCRF. The product was a legacy system and needed a complete revamp as it was intended to be used by Telecom marketing managers but ended up being used by engineers due to its complexity thus defeating the purpose and adding in-efficiency to the process
