Here at Source and Lipton Fleming we pride ourselves on making sure we have the right work/life balance for all our staff. We strongly believe in looking after our staff, and do everything we can to make sure they are both happy and proud to work here.

This document outlines the benefits package that you would enjoy if you joined us.

There’s useful stuff. Serious stuff. Fun stuff.

As well as the formal benefits, we also provide an active social life, ranging from going out for a cheeky drink, to go-karting and clay pigeon shooting - although not all on the same night of course. Then there’s weekends away such as posing with Mickey & Co at Disneyland, and skiing trips (we still have the bruises to prove it).

At Source and Lipton Fleming we take satisfaction in treating our staff like our friends, so that we all get on professionally and personally. We like to think there’s something for everyone as we’re a mixture of people here. Full of individuals and characters, who naturally come together as a team.

HOLIDAYYou’d get 25 days holiday which rises to 28 days over time. This is in addition to the normal public and bank holidays. Everyone also gets an additional day off for their birthday each year, which can be taken on or close to their birthday. Oh, everyone gets to eat some cake. And everyone loves a bit of cake.

DUVET DAYNothing to do with dry cleaning. Duvet Days are where you can take a day off at short notice. So whether you are feeling tired, hungover or just plain lazy, you could wake up and phone work to say that you’re not coming in. You get one per year so be sure to use it wisely!

ADDITIONAL DAYS OFFWe believe in rewarding our staff for their good work, the way they support each other and for working together as a team. So, as an added incentive, each month you and the rest of your team hit your projections, we’ll give you an extra half day off! Giving you the chance to have more days off to spend with family, friends, or even the work colleagues who helped earn you the days off in the first place.

HOLIDAY BUY BACK SCHEMENot everyone wants to take their full holiday allocation – so at the start of each year, if you want to use less holiday then you can sell your extra days back to Source and Lipton Fleming. So if you haven’t had the chance to get the tan you wanted then you could go out and buy one instead.

SABBATICAL LEAVEYou get one month’s sabbatical leave after working at Source and Lipton Fleming for three years, and three month’s leave if you’ve been here for five years. So whether it’s an opportunity to go travelling or you just need a break from work, you’ll have the assurance that your job at Source and Lipton Fleming will still be waiting for you when you return. Unless of course you send us too many photos and updates from your time off, then we would be forced to change the locks.

PAID SICK LEAVEAt Source and Lipton Fleming, you will be (cough) entitled to (sniff) five paid sick days off (splutter) per year. And let’s face it, after having to watch Jeremy Kyle when you’re off ill, you’d be wanting to get back to work asap!

FLEXI-HOURSFlexi-hours allow our staff to vary their working hours as we understand that people have certain individual needs that often require work hours to be more flexible to suit them. Although ‘Can I work the hours of 2pm - 3pm every day, please?’ may not get signed off...

We like to think we get the work/life balance just right for our staff.

PENSION SCHEMEEven growing old has its benefits and you can rest assured that Source and Lipton Fleming will take a hand in hand approach to supporting you along the way. We will match your contributions to the company’s Group Personal Pension Plan scheme to up to 5% of your basic salary. It’s just our way of helping you with your future savings, unless of course you end up loving working at Source and Lipton Fleming so much that you don’t want to retire at all...

PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCEWe want our staff to feel cared for and well looked after. And when it comes to health matters, our Private Medical Insurance scheme goes a long way in doing just that. This cover gives you access to the highest quality healthcare, quickly and at a time and place to suit you. Unfortunately it doesn’t get you access to George Clooney as your doctor.

CASH PLAN SCHEMEOur Cash Plan Scheme enables you to reclaim some of the costs of everyday healthcare. It covers many things including Dental and Optical costs, Physiotherapy, Consultations and Scans to name just a few. Oh, and if you are unfortunate enough to get a paper cut on your finger whilst at work, we’ll even provide you with a free plaster.

DEATH IN SERVICEOK, we agree it does sound a tad grim. But after being at Source and Lipton Fleming for a year, you will be able to nominate someone to receive four times your annual basic salary in the unfortunate event of your death. But please do your best not to die yet. Just look left and right and left again. And always eat your greens.

Looking after you and your future

We believe it’s important to look after our staff, both now and in the future. After being with us for a year, you’d get to join the company’s benefits package consisting of Private Medical

Insurance, a Pension Scheme and our Death in Service Plan.

It all sounds all so grown up and serious, but then they

are very useful things to have. Just look at Source and Lipton

Fleming as being your organised mother. Looking after your

future because we care.

CYCLE SCHEMEOK, the Boris Bikes are good but you wouldn’t catch Sir Bradley Wiggins on one. With our Cycle Scheme you are eligible to receive a loan of up to £1,000 for a bike and accessories. And what’s more, the loan is tax free, so you can get more bike for your money.

CHILDCARE VOUCHERSChildcare vouchers are a Government scheme aimed at helping working parents. Families can save hundreds of pounds every year by using these vouchers and Source and Lipton Fleming make sure you have the maximum amount possible that the Government allows. So stop your crying and go and tidy your toys otherwise you can’t watch Peppa Pig.

INTEREST FREE SEASON TICKET LOAN (IFSTL)Everyone here is able to apply for an annual IFSTL. It’s just our way of helping you spread the cost of getting into work. And if we could reduce the signal failures on the Tube as well, then we would. Eligibility is on the basis that you live more than 25 miles from the office.

MOBILE PHONE ALLOWANCEYou will receive £25 per month in addition to your salary towards your mobile phone costs. OMG! Smiley face. LOL ; )

expensive capitals of the world, and things don’t come cheap

(£4.75 for a pint?!).
