An introduction to the basic product and its purpose.

We made a Raspberry Pi case.This product is the case.This product protects the raspberry pi.This case is an important role in the raspberry pi.

The 1st Product Prototype using Thinkercad.

Our group assembled Raspberry pi. It was easy to put a color or pattern on the product. However, it was difficult to express a smooth curve to Thinkercad.

The 2nd Product Prototype using Autodesk 123D Design

D We made product called Raspberry Pi case. It was well represented the depth by reproducing the usb and connection pin socket to

Real.After that we were able to beautifully reproduce some corner of some sharp feel rounded. Line is also very beautiful.As much as possible colors we were reproduced nearby. Our is the best masterpiece.

The 3rd Product Prototype using Autodesk 123D Make

M First sheet of screen shot is a picture that made the bottom of Raspberry Pie case.

Second sheet of screen shot is a picture that made the side of Raspberry Pie case. Third sheet of screen shot is a picture that made the contents with the stripe is parallel to the side of Raspberry Pie case.

  It is finished to put the contents of the parts.

Materials for the 1st Product Prototype

Materials are mainly 3D blocks. For example, sphere blocks and cube block are used in the Thinkercad. We create a product with a combination of them.

Constructions for the 1st Product Prototye

Raspberry pi has some USB ports. Connectors are attached to its side.

Functions for the 1st Product Prototye

The reason that this product has been made is to promote the education of computer science.

This product, Raspberry pi, is often used in the hardware technology. This Product process a variety of data. It is used as long-term storage.

Appearance for the 1st Product Prototye

This product is compact. In general, the Product has USB ports, input and utputterminals, storage and memory.

The wight of this is very light, it’s wight is 50 grams or less.

Social Environmental Factors for the 1st Product Prototye

When we assemble the Product, this assembling caouses the production of waste.

However, it is possible for us to reduce the production of waste by using recycled paper.

Materials for the 2nd Product Prototype

What materials will be most suitable?

Because raspberry pi is electronic equipment, the case material that does not conduct electricity is most suitable for this item.

Which materials is available?

It is available if substances that do not conduct electricity . For example , it is stone , wood , plastic , paper and the like .

What physical properties should the material possess ?

For the case may be as simple to create , not required with physical properties in this Raspberry Pi case.

Should the material be durable?

It is not good to dropping the case . However, it is hard to be broken even if the one that is high in the durability drops it.

Is color an important feature for the project?

There is not the role that is important to a color to use. However, a bright color is better than the dark color.

When they make it, a saw and a nail are necessary for a tree. When I make it with plastic, a heat source is necessary.

Would the construction require any special skill?

Because structure is simple, raspberry pi case which we make does not need technical knowledge.

Would the object need attachment like stands and handles?

For a case protecting a circuit, it is not necessary to attach the handle for this case. Therefore our answer is no.

If yes, how would they be attached?

Our answer is no.

What shape would these attachment be?

There are no these accessories. However, there are accessories in raspberry pi. For example, it is usb cable, a power supply

cable.

DWhat would be the main function of the object?

The main function of this object is to protect raspberry pi. Specifically, there are a drop of water, a shock, dust.

What will be the size of the object?

The size is not so big. With size of one hand of adult, we can easily carry it for a hand.

How heavy should it be?

This raspberry pi case is not important to the weight. Therefore it is not necessary to make it heavy. I think that I should be

light.

What would be the mode of operation? Mechanical? Electrical?

The movement mode is analog. The case does not use the electricity. It is a purpose to cover raspberry pi.

How will the object be supported?

I cannot use the object in a simple substance. I hold raspberry pi by all means. I support it in this way.

A shape of this object is a rectangle. The circle is unsuitable to store raspberry pi in the this case.

Is surface texture an important aspect of the object?

The surface should be smooth. The irregularities are unsuitable to use it as a machine. You should not have a pain in it even if

you touch it.

Is colour a vital issue to be considered?

There is not the considerable important problem with the color. However, transparence is better. This is because it sees the

contents.

If colour is important, what should be the most appropriate colour?

We are not important to the color. However, transparence is the best. The reason is to see the contents. I see nothing with the

black.

How can you make the object safe to use?

Raspberry pi case in itself does not have the danger. However, I am not good when it does not prevent raspberry pi from

protruding from a case. We have danger to get shocked by.

Yes. I think so. In the assembly process of the product , it is likely to generate toxic substances.

Production waste pollute the atmosphere. In addition, if people suck contaminated air, they may get sick and this

air generated abnormal weather. ● Would the waste be used as fuel or recycled ?

Yes. We are able to recycle production waste, plastic. Paper used in 3D printer is recycling paper Recycling paper

is very good for the environment.● Would the waste would be used as fuel, will it be safe and economical to use?

Yes. If we don't generate hazardous substances in the process of the production waste into fuel, it is sagely.

Process Graphics 1: Port creation.We make a port of raspberry pi.The port has USB and a power supply.

Process Graphics 2: Making of the base.

We made a power supply and a Universal Serial Bus port last time.We made the base this time.The corner has a round part and a square part.

Process Graphics 3: Make a wall.We make a wall in raspberry pi.Every direction would be surrounded with this.

Process Graphics 4: Completion of raspberry pi case.It is the completion of the case.We cover all.We can put raspberry pi.

Problem we faced during make the product

・ The keying ground surface of the block and the block is difficult in 123D Design. ・ Software to download and install the time-

consuming. ・ 123D make specification of I did not know at

all.

How did the group members collaborate during the planning, analysis, design and execution stages?Planners have devised a raspberry pi. Two people do the design, the rest of the two people was the creation of the site.

CONCLUSION paragraph about how to plan and execute a construction with LEGO.

It is not easy to design a Lego. We have a division of roles.Design, we were sharing the development, all exhibition. Before we can share it talked with everyone. Our presentation is perfect.
