INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE OF PROFILES FOR CERAMIC TILES

For daily maintenance use classical cleaning products.

Should you want to use a soda , ammoniac or acid based product on anodized profi les, we recommend to carry out a preliminary test.

Beware : once in contact with alkaline, calcic materials (plaster, cement) anodization might be stained. It is therefore advised to protect the profi les until construction works are completed.

For brass use a product of “Miror” type.

Beware : it is not advised to put brass in contact with products such as as liquid ammoniac, chlorine, citric acid, fruit juices, silver salts, caustic soda, vinegar.

BALCONY PERIMETER PROFILESFor protection against water seeping from balcony, façade, terrace. Protect paintings and avoids (or delays)damaging of building components.

SHOWER DRAINING SYSTEMAllows water drainage in individual showers and replaces shower cubicle.It is made from stainless steel and suitable for installation on resin or ceramic tiles fl oorings.It includes : one gutter, one grid (to be laid or embedded in tiles) and one water trap.

WATER PROOFING

DRAINING MAT DINADRAINOUTSIDE USE. Allows free draining off of trickled water. Very resistant to compression, traction, shocks and punching. Provides longer life time to your ceramic tiles, avoids cracks and debonding of tiles.For terraces and balconies. To be fi tted with angle parts, junction strips and waterproofi ng plates.Keep also in mind balcony perimeter profi les (see previous page).

WATERPROOFING MAT DINETANCHINDOOR USE.Prevents ingress of humidity, bacterias and other agressive substances. Specially suitable for use on horizontal and vertical covering in humid rooms. To be fi tted on new screeds and slabs together with accessories from the DINETANCH range such as angle parts, junction strips and waterproofi ng plates.

UNCOUPLING MAT DINAMOUVINDOOR USE.To be fi tted on old or problematic substrates.On concrete fl oors : prevents damaging movements.On heating fl oors : uncouples most tensions created by the heated slabs.On industrial fl oors : acts as load and pressure equalizer.

BATHTUB JOINTStopping profi le providing peripherical waterproofi ng of bath tubs.To be installed when fi tting wall covering. It includes a soft lip which is pressing on the tub edge and a rigid part which fi ts underneath the wall covering.

CORNER JOINTProtects tiled fl oor/wall angles and bath tub against dust and water seepage. To be installed when fi tting wall covering. Add a silicone joint to improve effi ciency against water ingress.
