Summary

• There is a need for investment in the neighborhood to improve the existing quality of life – i.e. to make streets safer, to fix broken infrastructure, to help attract stores and services

• We need a lot of different funding sources to address the challenges and opportunities in the community

• Whatever the final design – there will be the opportunity for flexibility with respect to location and time of day restrictions
