Goal:“Make it!” is the 2012 campaign of Miljoagentene. Possible launch dates: Earth day, school start or the beginning of the year.

Key partner:Miljoagentene (an environmental organization for kids in Norway - www.miljoagentene.no)

Initiative:We have contacted the management and board of Miljoagentene. Next step is to give a more detailed presentation of the concept and develop and adjust according to the organization’s needs together with the organization’s staff.

Main tasks:1. Technical set up of the platform2. Generation and production of content3. Communication

Resources:- copy writer (two weeks) - graphics designer (one week)- communications manager (three weeks + continu-ous work)- web designer (two weeks)

Cost structure:- Miljoagentene’s budget- sponsorship- collaboration with other environmental organiza-tions

Success measures:- Number of registered users- Number of completed challenges on individual level- Number of completed challenges on group level- Increased traffic on the website of Miljoagentene- Increased numbers of members (agents)- Well-functioning platform (no technical problems, no down time, challenges posted/closed on time, automatic functions working etc.)
