IntroductionA Texas-based philanthropist and entrepreneur

with a considerable impact in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond, Gary Guion is someone who we are noticing to be a constant in the community with church groups, arts foundations, and organizations that help underserved members of the community. In pursuing this type of community involvement, Gary Guion and his company employees have attended charity benefits for The Arts Community Alliance (TACA), a respected organization that has provided more than $20 million to regional performing arts initiatives since its formation in 1966.

About The Arts Community Alliance From its beginnings as a one-off black-tie

fundraiser to its current incarnation as a multifaceted arts foundation active throughout the Metroplex, TACA supports a broad diversity of theaters and performing arts projects that advance the cultural dialogue and reach audiences of all backgrounds. At present, TACA beneficiaries include the AT&T Performing Arts Center, Echo Theatre, Voices of Change, SMU Meadows School of the Arts, the Plano Symphony Orchestra, and dozens of other deserving organizations. TACA hosts numerous fundraisers each year and will soon present its 36th Annual Silver Cup Award at a luncheon in March of 2014.
