In emotional freedom,

What is Tapping?EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) "Tapping" is a simple, powerful healing therapy basedon Chinese Medicine. It is used by millions of people globally to heal and transform bothphysical and emotional ailments, including reducing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, gaining confidence, breaking through fears, losing weight, improving relationships, andmore.

Because it is something you apply to yourself, you can do it anytime and anywhere – allby tapping into the body’s meridian channels, your energy, and your emotions.

As you accept your emotions andany related thoughts or fear, you create alignment in your body’s energy. This helpsrestore balance and calms the nervous system. You can then shift into higher-vibrationthoughts and energy.

Your emotions are a gateway into your inner world.

Anxiety, stress, feelings of worthlessness, and lower-vibration energycan sabotage your efforts in reaching your goals. Shifting them through tapping sets youfree to be productive, go after opportunities in life, value yourself in business, and setrealistic health goals with confidence.

For "Us" this is key –

How Tapping Works

first negative and then positive. In ancient times, the Chinese discovered thatthey could manipulate the body’s energy to heal many symptoms as they tapped thesemeridian points. Much more recently, studies conducted at Harvard Medical School foundthat stress and fear responses significantly decreased in the brain when meridian points experienced stimulation.

EFT combines tapping on nine meridian points in the body while you say certainstatements -

However, consider this: As you say negative statements while tapping on meridian points, you neutralize any negative charge those statements may have for you. It’s a way to honorthe inner dialogue of your subconscious mind. Quite often, my clients feel much calmerafter tapping on the negative. Then the positive statements create an even greater uplift!

Some people who practice positivity have a fear of saying negative statements.

I’ve seen firsthand how my clients grow in mental clarity, emotional freedom, and confidencethat create empowerment, consistency and forward momentum.

EFT can produce tangible results.

Tapping Script #1Tapping to Release Anxiety In The Mind

Even though I feel so anxious, I acknowledge how I feel, and I give my body permission to relax.

Even though I feel this anxiety in my body, I accept how I feel and I'm okay.

Even though I have all these anxious thoughts, I choose to relax my mind and body.

This script will help you release patterns of anxiety that show up in the mind. Having lots ofanxious thoughts about everything that could go wrong, keeps us feeling stuck and powerless. When we release the anxious thoughts and bring our minds into the present moment, we can feelmore ease and be more creative and resourceful.

Take a moment now to tune into your anxiety. What goes on in your mind as you notice theanxiety? What thoughts are present?

Rate the intensity of the anxiety you feel in your body on the zero to 10 scale. Take a nice deepbreath in and out.

I can't stress myself towards a betterlife.

Noticing the anxiety you feel in yourmind

What is the loudest anxious thought rightnow?

I allow myself to focus on anythoughts or feelings that arise.

I allow myself to hear it in my mind.

I notice the memories that go alongwith this anxious thought.

I can feel it as I tap.

Tapping Script #3

Tapping to Move Forward Peacefully

Set Up Statement (Side-of-Hand):

Even though part of me doesn't want to let go of anxiety. I accept myself and how I feel.

Even though part of me can't imagine life without this anxiety I give my body permission to relax, and I'm open to seeing this in a new way.

Even though I've been fighting against my anxiety, I make room for all my feelings and I movedtowards peace.

Our job is not to control our emotions and never feel any anxiety. We are not robots. Our goal isto be able to notice and honor how we feel while we tap, so you can more quickly move to aplace of peace. The more times we take this path from anxiety to peace, the easier and fasterthis path becomes.

Part of me believes,

I need to feel all this stress.

Part of me has believed,

That if I care deeply about something,

That this anxiety is keeping me safe,

But I've been looking closely at thisanxiety.

Safe from the things I fear.

Whatever you're feeling now is OK! No matter how you feel, you’ve already started the process tocalm your nervous system, rewire your brain, release negative energy and anxiety, and ultimatelyaccept your emotions. All of this you are doing while loving yourself in the process.

If you’re still struggling with a high-level intensity, please repeat the tapping exercise right now. Alternatively, you can schedule a time to repeat this process in the near future.

Trust your process and understand that what you’ve done today is create a shift and disrupt thenegative emotions in your body. Keep it up and you will notice a shift in your mind and body.

After You Tap, Notice How You Feel

Check In With Yourself:

Review the initial rating you gave the emotion before you started tapping.(page 4). What is your rating now? Any change?

Describe how you feel now.

What shifts do you notice in your body and being?

Hint: Pay attention to the smallest of shifts. If you sense any goosebumps, burping, or other sensations, know that this is

energy moving through you. That’s a great sign!

What new perspective do you have?

What new action might you be open to taking?

Set a date to take that action.

7-Day Tapping Momentum

Tapping has a cumulative effect. The more you tap, the more powerful, calmand centered you become.

Try tapping every day this week and see how you shift. Reach out and let meknow how you're doing in our private Facebook Community. I’d love to celebrateyour consistency and energetic alignment.
