In accordance with instruction contained in DTE's letter No. W-04/6/2021-SPNJ-DOP dated 19.01.2022. the Competent Authority is pleased to allot the following selected
candidate for their appointment to the posl of Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistanv PA SBCO/
PA CO/RO in your division / CO/RO /SBCO in the Pay Level-4 ofpay Matrix i.e Pay Band-
I in the scale of (Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay: Rs.2400 (pre-revised) according to the
CHSL rank got by candidates and allotment made to the Division concerned on the basis ofguidelines vide letter no. 04-02/2017-SPB-l dated 05.10.2017 regarding order of preference

instructions contained in OM No. l80l l/2(s)/2016-Estt. (BXD dated 29 06.2016 regarding
attestation form for verification of character and antecedents prior to appointment in
Govemment service (copy enclosed) and letter No. 3601l/l/2012-Estt. (Res.) dated
14.03.2016 regarding reiteration of the instruction on streamlining the procedure forverification of claims of candidates belonging to Schedules Castes, Scheduled Tribes and
Olher Backward Classes for purpose of appointment to posts/services (copy enclosed). It islurther requested thal following documents ofthe candidate(s) may be checked thoroughly at
the time ofjoining:
(a) Certificate regarding Date ofBirth.(b) Essential qualification as on the crucial date.
(c) Age relaxation claimed by the candidate(s), ifany.(d) SC/ST/OBCiEWS/ESM,ryWD certificates, issued by the Competent Authority.(e) In respect of OBC candidate(s), the extant guidelines regarding creamy layer
status may be followed strictly.(0 Candidate's result, rank, category etc. may be ve fied with the result available on
the Staff Selection Commission's website.(g) Photograph, signature. LTI and Handwriting taken on Admission Certificate
(Commission's Copy) and documents obtained at different stages of examination
need to be verified with those the candidate(s) may actually submit at the time ofioining he service.

(h) Photograph ofthe candidate captured at the time of Computer Based Examination(all Tiers/Stages), Skill Test (if applicable) and Document Verification have been
provide in the candidate's dossier. These photographs may be matched with each
other as well as with the candidate who is offered the appointment.(i) In case of any suspicion in the candidatue of the candidate, the same may be
refened to this offrce immediately for onward intimation to SSC or Postal
Directorate.(i) The offer ofappointment should be sent only by Registered posts. Ifthe letters are
retumed undelivered, the letter along with the envelopes containing remarks made
by the postal authorities should be retained for record. ln such cases, a copy oftheoffer of appointment should be sent to the permanent address and email id of the
candidates. The dossiers of such candidates should be retumed to this office only
if the seco[d letter/ mail is also undelivered/ unanswered respectively for furtherinformation ofthe concerned regional office ofthe SSC.
In cases where offer ofappointment has been sent to the candidate(s) and candidate(s)
has sought extension of time of joining the post, the same may be considered with the
guidelines contained in DOPT OM No.9/23l71-Estt.(D) dated 06.06.1978 and OM No
3501 5/2/93-Estt.(D) dated 09.08.1985.
In case ofany doubt or suspicion as regards to the eligibility or otherwise in respect ofany of the recommended candidates, the concemed Division may write to this office even
after his/her appointment, giving details for getting such case(s) investigated through
appropriate Govemment Agency.
A consolidate report indicating the list of candidate joined and list of candidate not
ioined may be sent to the undersigned at the earliest for onward submission to Directorate.
CR Dossier of candidate having address particulars and other testimonials may
kindly be obtained from this oflice personally or through ASP/IP ofyour division.
Any mistake in the Name & Roll No. of candidate found later on, that should be
t,rrrected under intimalion lo this office
