ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the support and help you provided, for your dedication, attention and open-minded thinking and for your readiness to help with the responses to my project request. As I began my project, my financial situation prevented me from purchasing a laptop for my project. When I turned for your assistance, you immediately agreed and did your outmost to provide it as quickly as possible. All this was done to make things easier for me and to pint me in the direction of light at the end of the tunnel. The success and the final outcome for this project required a lot of guidance and assistance from many people and i am extremely fortunate to have got all this along to completion of my project work. Whatever I have done is only due to thank them. I respect and thank Mr.Ekitoe, for giving me the project in time and providing us all the support and guidance which made me complete the project on time and also for working with me keenly by providing all the necessary information for developing a good system. I am extremely grateful to him for providing such a nice support and guidance though he had a busy schedule managing other computer students in school. I would not forget to remember my parents for their unlisted encouragement and more over for their timely support and guidance till the completion for my project work. DEDICATION I dedicate my dissertation work to my family and many friends. A special feeling of gratitude to my loving parents, whose words of encouragement and push for tenacity ring in my ears. My teachers never left my side and are very special. I also dedicate this dissertation to my many friends and church family who have supported me throughout the process. I will always appreciate all they have done, especially my computer classmates for helping me develop my technology skills for the many hours of proofreading, and helping me master the queries.
