WHEREAS by "The Metropolitan Water Supply, Sew- erage, and Drainage Act, 1909," it is provided that the Governor may, by proclamation, constitute and define the boundaries of any Water Reserve or Catchment Area for the purposes of the said Act, and may vest such Re- serve or Catchment Area in the Minister: And whereas the Governor did by proclamation dated the 5th day of July, 1916, and published in the Government Gazette of the 14th day of July, 1916, constitute and define the area described in the schedule annexed to the said pro- clamation a Water Reserve, and vested the said Reserve in the Minister of Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drain- age: And whereas it is desirable that the said proclama- tion be repealed and a fresh proclamation and schedule be issued therefor: Now therefore I, the said Governor, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby repeal the proclamation dated the 5th day of July, 1916, and hereby constitute the area described in the schedule annexed hereto, with the boundaries as therein defined, a Water Reserve for the purposes of "The Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drain- age Act, 1909," in substitution of the area proclaimed on the 5th day of July, 1916, and do hereby vest the said Water" Reserve in the Minister of 'Wtter Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage. WHEREAS by "The Metropolitan Water Supply, Sew-erage, and Drainage Act, 1909," it is provided that theGovernor may, by proclamation, constitute and definethe boundaries of any Water Reserve or Catchment Areafor the purposes of the said Act, and may vest such Re-serve or Catchment Area in the Minister: And whereasthe Governor did by' proclamation dated the 1st dayof June, 191.0, and published in the Government Gazetteof the 10th day of June, 1910, constitute and define thearea described in the schedule annexed to the said pro-clamation a Water Reserve. and vested the said WaterReserve in the Minister of Water Supply, Sewerage, and
