ClarificationsClarifications

• Team Clarification– Used by Teams who need a rule clarification

for their unique solution– Is shared only with the team asking the

question– Limit of 10 questions

• Published Clarification– Published on the Destination Imagination, Inc

To: [email protected] Subject: [challenge-A:viDIo Adventure] #731 response - Must the Seeker cross only common bounds

The following response is for the clarification requested for: viDIo Adventure by John Doe ([email protected]).

Mark has described himself or herself as: Team Manager This team is from: Four Seasons

This is the response to clarification #731 Summary of the question was: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Must the Seeker cross only common bounds -------------------------------------------------------------------- The clarification request was: -------------------------------------------------------------------- When the Seeker is ready to enter a particular Level, must it exit the Portal cirectly into that Level through the common boundary between the portal and that level, or may it exit the portal in any direction and then move in any direction to get to the target level?

Thank you!! -------------------------------------------------------------------- The official DestiNation Imagination response to this clarification: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi! We hope your team is having fun with the Challenge!

As your team can see from the Challenge, there are really no restrictions on where the Seeker can travel. While the 9 ft x 9 ft Game Zone, Portal, Game Levels, and other dividing lines are taped on the floor, this does not restrict the Seeker movement, AS LONG AS the Seeker is not moving to reattempt a failed Game Level after it has moved on to another Game Level. It is important for your team to read and make sure the Seeker is operated to follow the requirements written in A.5.f of the Challenge.

Have fun and Adventure onward!
