Applications are invited in prescribed form for admission into MD I MS ; M.Phi] I MTM / MPH ;M.MEd. ; Diploma courses in affiliated Medical Colleges / Dental Colleges / Institutes ; and Diploma &

MPH courses in BSMMU for the academic session July, 2013.

2. Written Admission Test will be held ot'l29th March, 2013 (Friday) for all MD / MS; M.phil"'( MTM /M.MEd. / Diploma courses from 9.30 am ~1.00 am at BUET Campus, Dhaka; and for all ~ &M.phil PSM courses from 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm at BSMMU Campus, Dhaka.

3. Candidates with MBBSIBDS/ equivalent degree are eligible to apply for MD, MS, M.Phil, MTM,M.MEd. and Diploma courses.4. Candidates. with MBBS degree are eligible to apply for all disciplines of MPH & M.Phil PSM.Candidates got the bachelor degree from any Medical & Dental College/Institute are only eligible to applyfor MPH in Hospital Management, Community Nutrition, Health Promotion & Health Education, HealthService Management and Policy, Reproductive & Child Health and Occupational & Environmental Healthcourses.

5. All candidates holding MBBSIBDS degree must have BMDC permanentregistration certificate valid upto 30 June'2013'.6. Candidate has to apply through online application form available on www.bsmmu.edu.bd from 24February'2013 on payment of Tk.3000/=(non refundable) in favor of "BSMMU Admission, CourseExamination & Mise fund", A/C No 0947101136920, Pubali Bank Ltd., Shahbagh Branch, Dhaka" fromany online branch of Pubali Bank Ltd. Applicant's name must be mentioned in the bank deposit formduring payment of Tk.3000/-. There can not be more than one entry with the same bank scroll no. withdeposit date. For MDIMS Final Part Candidates:1. Candidates willing to apply for admission into MDIMS, Final Part (like Paediatric Nephrology,Neonatology, Urology etc.) of a selected subject in a Medical College/Institute (where final part courses arepresent) are requested to contact with the office of the concerned Medical CollegeslInstitutes for detail pre-requisites and eligibility criteria.
