Michael McAfee is the Executive Vice President of World Product Solutions. Starting in September of 2018 joining the team as the Vice President of Evora Worldwide, he has made strides to promote our products, company mission, and vision of WPS to the world.

Previously, Michael has many years in the skincare manufacturing field as Sales Director at Product Quest, a cosmetic and over-the-counter personal care manufacturer who supplied to brick and mortar companies.

Michael promotes innovation, speed to market, and quality as the keys to successful sales in the contract manufacturing and private label sectors. He leads the product development, marketing, and design teams for World Product Solutions, in addition to the Business Development team.

Eric Pogue, CFA is the CEO of World Product Solutions. His primary objectives include setting the corporate vision, promoting WPS culture and creating an ideal work environment that promotes WPS team member excellence. Previously, Eric was the CEO of L&S Supplies, a building supply company located in central Florida, and was the CFO for Towne Air Freight and Focus Products Group, both owned by private equity groups. Early in his career, Eric worked at Sun Capital Partners, a large private equity firm located in Boca Raton, FL. and was an Investment Banker with First Union Securities.

Eric graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Finance. He has been married to his wife Heidi for seventeen years and has two daughters (Ella – 14 and Audrey – 12).
