High volume, high voltage rotary machines came to require the advancement of insulation systems. To deal with this market trend, TCT has succeeded in developing “E-Micas Insulation Systems.” This system has excellent heat resistant and chemical resistant insulation qualities by using low viscosity epoxy resin and dry Mica tape which constitute VPI technology, TCT’s own stator assembly insulation method. Also, it employed a special shielding method to prevent corona in the core end and uses a special working tool to avoid any insulation damage in the coil inserting process.

■ High Voltage (Motor & Generator) Stator Assembly ■ High/Low Voltage(AC/DC Motor & Generator) Repairs The quality and durability of the stator depend on the insulation system. TCT’s high voltage insulation system is an epoxy insulation system developed in conjunction with Nippon Rika Kogyosho, a manufacturer of insulation materials and coils for rotary machines. It has excellent electric and mechanical durability and has secured a differentiated quality competitiveness by employing vacuum pressure impregnation method which is applied in high pressure rotary machines.

Mica insulation paper is made by attaching Mica components on the film(Polyester, Glass cloth) and adding epoxy adhesive and vulcanizing agent. TCT’s Mica insulation paper has excellent heat, water and moisture resistance and flexibility, allowing no defects or foreign substances, and has high strength and excellent insulation even in high temperatures. And it has almost no heat generation or odor, allowing it to be used widely electrical products, appliances and industrial products.
