PROBLEM

THE PRODUCT OF THE PROJECT IS A HYBRID GAS-STATIC BEARINGS CONTROLLED WITH JET CONTROL SYSTEM. THE LACK OF PHYSICAL CONTACT BETWEEN THE SHAFT AND THE BEARING DUE TO GAS LUBRICATION SYSTEM PROVIDES AN ENDLESS RESOURCE AT ANY SPEED.

THE PRINCIPLE OF GAS-STATIC BEARINGS – PRESSURIZED GAS IS SUPPLIED THROUGH A SPECIALLY PROFILED HOLES IN PADS, THEREBY CREATING A LUBRICATING LAYER, WHEREIN THE SHAFT ROTATES. JET CONTROL SYSTEM SUPPRESSES THE EXTERNAL LOADS AND VIBRATIONS.
