Major Developments

Converted into a public company and listed in the stock exchange of Thailand with registered capital to THB500 mm

Khonburi Sugar Plc. was established as Nong Yai Industry Company Limited with registered capital of THB 1 mm and production capacity of 1,500 ton canes/day

Launching “KBS Brand” to released new 3 Products ; KBS First (refined Sugar) KBS Brown (Natural Sugar) And KBS 2X Double Sweet (Sucralose Blended Sugar)

Relocated the plant to Khonburi District, Nakornratchasima

Changed the company‘s name to Khonburi Sugar Company Limited

Commercial Operating Date (COD) of electricity sale to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) under 22MW firm contract

Started operation of Line C, which added 12,000 ton canes/day to result in total capacity of 35,000 ton canes/day

Initiated the 35MW Power Plant Project (Project Value THB1,638 mm) Entered into strategic alliance agreement with MITSUI & Co. from Japan
