2. Highqualityfoodproperlypreparedfromhighgrade

ingredientsinahygienicmannerwithsuitablecontainersfor

cribpreparation.

3. Allaccommodationbuildingsarekeptinacleanandtidy

condition.

4. Allcrockery,cutlery,pots,pansandutensilsneededto

performthedaytodaypreparationandconsumptionof

meals.

5. Alllawnsinthecampareaaremowedandtrimmedregularly.

6. Administrationservicesforpersonnelbookinginandoutof

camp,accommodationregisterwithdailyreportsprovidedto

thecustomerweekly.

7. Whilstthecampisnotinuse,continuetokeepallbuildings

inacleancondition,maintainandwaterlawnsandprovide

security.

8. Communityarea,ablutionblocksandlaundriesinthequarters

arecleaneddailyormoreoftenifrequired.Individual

attentionisgiventopedestals,basins,windows,mirrorsand

showercompartmentsandincludesthesupplyofdetergent,

antisepticsandcleaningequipment,toiletpaper,paperhand

towelsandholdersrequiredtomaintainthehigheststandard

ofhygiene.Washingmachinesarewipeddownandemptied

ofanyresidueremainingatthetimeofeachcleaning.Lint

filtersinthedryersarecleanedonadailybasis.

9. Communalroomsandhallwaysarecleaneddaily(swept

andmopped)intheaccommodationunits.Eachweekthe

individualroomsarecleaned,thelinenchangedandthebed

remade.Towelsarechangedtwiceperweekandpersons

engagedindirtyworkaresuppliedwithadditionaltowelson

anexchangebasis.

10. Sheets,pillowslipsandtowelsarelaunderedeachweek

andblankets/doonasaremaintainedinacleanandsanitary

conditiontothesatisfactionofthecustomer,andlaundered

ataminimumofsixmonthlyintervalsandoneachchangeof

occupancy.

11. Yourfacilities’senvironmentismaintainedinacleanandtidy

statewithcleaningandrubbishremovalservicestailoredto

reducetheimpactonyourpersonnel.
