हदी समाज of WA Jan 2014 हदी समाज सममति की िरफ से सभी मब़ को नव व़ की कामनाएँ l We have a number of activities and fun planned for the coming months of this year. Sports day is happening in March and then the mega event Indradhanush. These will follow Sahitya Sabha and Picnic which have to be rescheduled- you will soon hear about the new dates. As I said earlier, we not only expect your active participation and attendance in HSWA events but also expect your help in volunteering tasks. Please let us know if you are able to assist. We have an addition to the HSWA committee. Mr Amit Seth has joined this month and has been assigned the role of managing grants and sponsorship. Amit is very enthusiastic and positive about the benefits that HSWA can bring to Hindi speaking community in WA. I welcome Amit to the committee and wish him all the best. We look forward to your feedback. I would encourage all to drop us a line if you would like to Provide feedback on newsletter format or content Volunteer for certain tasks. Increase your fitness level एरोबबकस, दौडना और वयायाम करन स परोटीन का उतपादन बढिा , रकि सिचार सधरिा और नवस मससटम ब िर ढिग स काम करिा l In fact, physical exercise is more important than mental exercise for functioning of the brain. 2. पीत रह पानी शरीर म डि ाइडरशन ोन पर हदमाग की कोमशकाओि (cells) स पानी बा र तनकि जािा ; हदमाग मसकडन िगिा l As such, one must drink enough water. The good news is that just 1-2 glasses of water can help from temporary dehydration. 3. कर दिमाग कसरत प मिया सिझाना, puzzles, आख बिद कर क चिना, ववपरीि ाथ स काम करना आहद कसरि रचनातमक कषमिा को बढािी l Interesting and entertaining games generally stay longer in the mind. 4.
