REGISTRATION PROCEDURES


The new distributor should, if possible, PERSONALLY fill in all of the form – either online or offline

WHY?

Because psychologically they are making the commitment to THEMSELVES - if you fill in the forms for them there is less commitment!




Good reasons to complete the Application Forms on behalf of the new distributor …

If their writing is very bad

If they do not write English very well

If they physically cannot write

If signing up online, your prospect MUST also download 3 copies of the Application Form

They must sign all 3 … keep one copy, send one copy to their sponsor and the third they must send to the FM office of the country they are living in

The copy to the office can be posted, faxed or even scanned and emailed

The office copy must be sent within 14 days

This is so that the company has a signed copy of the Application Form



In some countries around the world, the Application Form is not a legal agreement unless signed by both parties

WHY DO YOU NEED A SIGNED COPY?

STARTER (SAMPLE) KIT

If a Starter (Sample) Kit is not bought within 30 days of joining, the distributor will be deleted from the system. If they still wish to be a distributor, they must re-apply


What happens next?

Whether joining online or offline, new Members receive welcome email from FM Cosmetics acknowledging application and giving ID Number and password necessary for accessing back office on

FM will phone you for payment details for Sample Kit order

New Distributor registering in other countries

Each country has its own Application Form but most of them are very similar to the UK one

ALL online Registration Forms from FM Cosmetics, Fragrances.fm and Fmforperfume.com go to Anita who then sends them to Poland for distribution to the various countries

New distributors should always sign up on their own country’s Application Form
