It is about halfway between the North Pole and the equator.

The New England states and the Mid-Atlantic states.

The New England states are: Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

The largest city in the New England states is Boston.

The two major industries are Banking and Insurance.

History lovers can walk the Boston’s Freedom Trail.

People can relax on the beaches in summer.

Sometimes in the winter, people can ski on the mountains.

Tourism in New England

New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware.

The largest city in the Mid-Atlantic is New York City.

States and Cities in Mid-Atlantic

Suburb is a community that grows outside of a city.

Many businesses also moved to the suburb.

There’s not to many people there. And it may be quiet because its outside of a city.
